Ever-Power employs a stainless steel main unit with water as the lubricating medium. Within a defined clearance, fluid dynamic lubrication is achieved — delivering truly oil-free compressed air for the entire lifetime of the compressor.
Since the main unit operates at only 3,000 RPM, the bearings require no lubricating oil — eliminating any risk of oil contamination.
With a design life exceeding 100,000 hours, the CM series guarantees lifetime supply of pure, oil-free compressed air. This advantage stems from the use of pure water as the lubricating medium, with no gearbox, no cooling oil, and no mechanical seals.
Because the CM series uses water injection for cooling and lubrication, the main unit operating temperature does not exceed 45°C during operation — eliminating any risk of flammability or fire hazards.
Additionally, the low exhaust temperature means lower moisture content in the compressed air, reducing the burden on downstream treatment equipment and improving overall processing efficiency.
