Cylindrical Thrust Roller Bearings
A cylindrical thrust roller bearing is a particular type of roller bearing. Like other roller bearings, they permit rotation between parts but are designed to support a high axial load (parallel to the shaft). Generally, they are composed of 2 washers and cylindrical roller elements, typically caged. As opposed to ball thrust bearings, cylindrical thrust roller bearings generally operate at lower speeds but higher applied loads. Higher speed applications require oil lubrication. Cylindrical thrust roller bearings are divided into single row cylindrical thrust roller bearings and double row cylindrical thrust roller bearings according to the number of bearing roller rows. Single row cylindrical thrust roller bearings can withstand axial load and limit axial displacement in 1 direction. Double row cylindrical thrust roller bearings can handle the bidirectional axial burden and limit axial displacement in both directions.
Designs and features
Designed to accommodate heavy axial loads and impact loads. They must not be subjected to any radial load.
The bearings are very stiff and require little axial space.
The shaft washer, housing washer, cylindrical roller, and cage thrust assembly can be mounted separately.
The roller ends are relieved to slightly modify the line contact between the raceway and rollers to prevent stress peaks.

Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: Yes, we offer free small samples to distributors and wholesalers. Pls, note that if your bearings are more significant, we will send you the same materials/identical brands, for example. However, customers should bear the freight.

Q: What’s the MOQ?
A: MOQ is 10pcs for standardized products; for customized products, MOQ should be negotiated in advance.
Q: How long is the lead time?
A: Normally, the lead time is about 3-7days. If it is a customized order, the lead time will be reconfirmed, about 10-15days.
